We are a vertically integrated privately owned Australian Wagyu beef producer, supplying premium quality Wagyu beef to our customers, domestically and abroad. It is our steadfast mission to meet our customers’ needs in producing high quality, well-bred Wagyu cattle that taste excellent and meet market specifications.
Our operation comprises of an aggregation of over 11,000 acres of highly productive country in the state New South Wales, Australia.
Our beef operation starts with the analysis and careful selection of genetically superior Black Angus and Full Blood Black Wagyu bulls purposefully chosen for their performance in growth and carcass traits high in marbling and yield. We then mate our Full Blood Wagyu and Angus cows to these first-class bulls. Every season, we calve down each progeny from our herd of quality-bred cows. From there, the calves are reared with care on our properties and grow out until they are at the proper feeder weight. In the next step of the process, the Wagyu cattle enter our feedlot to be grain-finished on a strict high energy ration of mixed grains and roughage. Formulated by our qualified animal nutritionist, the aim of our feed ration is to maximise marbling and yield resulting in meat that is consistently superior in marbling and taste.
Similar to fine wine, Wagyu beef produced from different regions of the world will have a distinct taste of its terroir. To the astute beef connoisseur, the naturally rich and productive soils of our cattle property combined with its diverse topography and reliable rainfall lends itself to producing cattle of a superior flavor.
From paddock to plate, all our efforts culminate with a finished product that is of the highest standard in quality and taste. It is our steadfast goal to supply premium quality Wagyu beef while putting a priority on animal welfare and food safety through proper animal husbandry and individual traceability of each Wagyu cattle through the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS). Our cattle have not been fed GMO (Genetically Modified) grains and are HGP (Hormone Growth Promotants) free. We implement a strict low-stress management style in handling all of our cattle, as studies have shown low stress cattle yield better softer meat.
